Metrohm equipment has long since had a reputation for both reliability and outstanding build quality. This combination of features ensures that all our users receive many years of excellent service from their equipment.
It has always been Metrohm’s policy to support all of its product range by supplying spares and providing first class service for its instrumentation up to 10 years after it has been withdrawn from production.
There comes a time however, when it is no longer possible to provide support for specific instruments because of their age and the following instruments now fall into this category:

Although we will continue to include these instruments in existing PM Service Agreements, all customers should be aware that spares are now limited and so we cannot guarantee the necessary spare parts will be available should instruments breakdown.
We understand that with the demands on analytical laboratories these days, most of our customers are under pressure to keep up to date with sample analysis deadlines. We hope that providing you with this information at an early stage will give you time to plan ahead, so ensuring you are able to maintain continuity in the service you provide within your own laboratory environment.
